Avoid vigorous physical exertion at sunset from 15 to 19 hours. The element Wind increases during sunset, when the greatest force of movement, activity is needed to change the day into night.
During this period it is wise to do something that appeases the light, rough, mobile Wind, and thus something soft and heavy in qualities. Intense fitness workouts and running are best preferred to stretching or calm swimming.
On a side note: Wind is also active at dawn – from 3 to 7 o’clock, but this period is not so important because usually everyone is still sleeping at this time.
