Tibetan Tea for Cold – Trulthang . From the point of view of Tibetan medicine, a cold is nothing but an overabundance of cold in the body. And to get rid of it, the body needs to be warmed up. First of all, the feet, sacrum and the inner surface of the thigh should be protected from cold – these are important energy centres of the body, overcooling of which leads to overcooling of the kidneys.
Composition of Tibetan tea for colds Trultang:
bicoloured raspberry | Himalayan flowers |

Kidneys (according to Oriental medicine) produce vital energy on which our health, success and attractiveness depend.
As soon as you feel that your feet are cold or you are freezing, try to get out of the cold as quickly as possible. At home, make a foot bath with hot water, drink hot tea, a cup of broth or a bowl of soup.
If you feel yourself getting cold, eat warm, warming foods. And use warming spices: ginger, cloves, black and allspice, cinnamon. Spices can be used as medicines.
At the first signs of a cold, you should chew a pea of pepper: it has powerful warming properties. And if you feel that you have a sore throat – hold in your mouth a clove. It helps to disinfect the mouth and throat and also warms.
Tibetan medicine was formed in the conditions of high mountainous northern Tibet, where it is cold and windy almost all year round, and there is no central heating. That is why it has accumulated successful thousands of years of experience in resisting the diseases of the cold. Tibetan doctors have three main weapons to fight colds: phytocollections, warming and acupuncture.
