Instructions for the use of rinchens

Rinchens are made according to the secret recipes of Tibetan medicine without changes that have come down to us from the depths of centuries.

These drugs, unlike most Western drugs, when used correctly, have virtually no side effects and eliminate, first of all, the cause of the disease itself, and not just fight the symptoms. Prepared precious pills are necessarily consecrated by monks in monasteries and, as it is believed, only after that they become fully usable.

The pills are taken on certain days of the lunar cycle. The 8th, 15th, 25th and 30th lunar days are considered the most favorable.

It is necessary to prepare and take the medicine in dim light, in semi-darkness, since in direct daylight and electric light the medicine begins to break down.

At sunset, take the pill packed in a piece of cloth out of the plastic box and, without untying it, gently crush it. Then unpack the crushed pill and put it in a clean, crack-free cup. Pour a small amount of hot water and cover the cup with a clean piece of cloth. Drink the medicine with a glass of hot water. Then wrap up warmly and lie in bed for about an hour.

On the day of taking the pill and two days after, avoid too acidic and salty foods, meat, eggs, fish, onions, garlic, alcohol, raw vegetables and fruits, Avoid cold baths and bathing, sexual contact and physical exertion.
